All Nepal Hiking is a dependable and trustworthy government-registered trekking and tour company in Nepal, dedicated to delivering the best possible services to our valued customers. Our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction and happiness, while continuously working to enhance Nepal’s tourism sector through exceptional service quality and authentic travel experiences.

We kindly request you to read our Terms and Conditions carefully before booking your trip with us. These terms are effective from the date you confirm your booking with All Nepal Hiking.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

For all Nepal, Tibet, and Bhutan tours, a photocopy of your valid passport and a 20% deposit of the total trip cost are required at the time of booking.

The 20% deposit is non-refundable once the payment has been made.If you cancel your trip after booking, the deposit will be treated as a trip cancellation fee.The remaining balance can be paid upon your arrival in Kathmandu before the start of your trek or tour.

Note:
For Bhutan and Tibet tours, the remaining balance must be paid at least 20 days prior to your departure date, especially if you plan to fly directly to those countries.
All Nepal Hiking reserves the right to cancel your trip if full payment is not received within the specified time frame.

Payment to All Nepal Hiking can be made through any of the following methods:

Credit Card Payment

Note: For credit card payments, 4% extra will be levied to you for a credit card processing fee.

Cash Payment: You may pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival in Kathmandu.

Please ensure that all bank charges and transfer fees are borne by the sender to avoid any discrepancies in the received amount.

LAST-MINUTE BOOKING

All Nepal Hiking accepts last-minute bookings for trips within Nepal up to 1 days before the trip departure date.
However, last-minute bookings are not available for Bhutan or Tibet trips due to strict travel regulations and visa processing requirements.

POSTPONING THE TRIP

If you are unable to travel on the scheduled dates, you must send us a written notice requesting to postpone your trip.If your confirmed trip is affected by travel restrictions you may postpone your trip without any additional charges.
You can choose any new dates that are convenient and safe for you to travel again. This flexible policy ensures your payment remains valid for future travel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your trip, please note:

The 20% deposit made at the time of booking is non-refundable and will serve as a cancellation fee.

If you have paid more than the deposit, All Nepal Hiking will deduct the 20% trip deposit and refund the remaining balance via your original payment method.

RISK AND LIABILITIES

All tours and treks in Nepal, Tibet (China), and Bhutan are conducted under the rules and regulations of the respective tourism authorities.All Nepal Hiking shall not be held liable for any changes, delays, or cancellations resulting from unavoidable circumstances such as:

  • Government restrictions or rule changes
  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Political unrest or instability
  • Flight cancellations or delays
  • Accidents, illness, or injury
  • Vehicle breakdowns or roadblocks

Any additional expenses incurred due to such circumstances must be borne by the clients. Therefore, we highly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before booking.

INCOMPLETE TOUR

All Nepal Hiking is not responsible for any refunds in the event of an incomplete trek, tour, or expedition due to personal reasons, illness, or any decision made by the client.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If your trip is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, wars, or unfavorable weather, All Nepal Hiking will offer an alternative trip of equal value.While your original trip may not take place, your payment will be fully transferred to another available program.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

All clients participating in treks, tours, or expeditions with All Nepal Hiking are required to have comprehensive travel insurance.
Your insurance must cover:

  • Medical expenses and personal accidents
  • Emergency helicopter evacuation
  • Trip cancellation and interruption
  • Theft or loss of baggage and personal items
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events

You must provide a copy of your insurance policy to All Nepal Hiking before the trip begins.

FLIGHT DELAY OR CANCELLATION

Flight delays and cancellations are common in remote regions of Nepal due to weather conditions, especially in areas such as Everest, Annapurna, Dolpo, Simikot, and Jumla.We advise travelers to:

  • Keep some extra days in their travel schedule.
  • Carry additional cash for food and accommodation during delays.

All Nepal Hiking will assist you with rescheduling but cannot be held responsible for any additional costs caused by flight delays or cancellations.

DURING THE TOUR

If a traveler commits any unlawful act during the trip and is required to leave Nepal, All Nepal Hiking will not be liable for any refund or compensation.

WARNING

These Terms and Conditions apply only when booking directly with All Nepal Hiking.If you book through a third party or travel agent, their terms and conditions will apply, and All Nepal Hiking will not be responsible for any losses or disputes that may arise.

Note:All Nepal Hiking shall not be held liable for any losses caused by website updates, maintenance, or modifications.
