An engineering graduate from Tribhuvan University who was passionate about trekking, climbing, and mountain tourism began his adventure trip in the Himalayas when he was still a teenager. At last, he finds a way to make his interests and pastimes pay the bills. Shankar was very impressed by the snow-capped mountains, trekking, and climbing in the Himalayas because he grew up surrounded by the Ganesh Himal and Manaslu regions.

His academic job after receiving his degree in 1996 didn't satisfy him because he preferred adventure sports. He consequently quit his job at a motor company and joined the trekking support crews. He became a certified trekking guide in 1998 after completing basic and advanced mountaineering training and getting his license. He joined a reputed trekking company as a tour guide and trek leader. During this time, he escorts tours and treks throughout Nepal, Tibet, and India. After leading many such tours and treks, he established himself as a senior guide and later started an independent company with the banner “All Nepal Hiking”.

At All Nepal Hiking, Mr. Shankar mostly designs adventure tours in Nepal, Bhutan, Tibet, and India and sometimes still leads your trip. Of course, we have a whole professional team of over a dozen guides, porters, and helpers here to serve you with a smile and care. Besides travel and trekking business, we also believe in our responsibility towards our society and good karma (actions). We have been part of various social activities and philanthropic events.

A student of Msc in Physics and Natural Study, Mithun Shrestha, 29, is from Dhading, Nepal. He is an experienced and active team member at All Nepal Hiking. He is a team leader and trip planner for ANH. He started his trek as a porter guide. Even while working as a porter guide,he was more into exploring the places and making friendly connections with the clients. He then did trekking guide training and became a licensed trekking guide. Since then,he has been guiding ANH clients as a trekking guide himself. He writes blogs and keeps a photographic journal of his journey. He then publishes them on social media platforms,which has in fact gained him huge social media followers.

He is very active and professional. He is one of the experienced, friendly, and adventurous trekking guides and team leaders who is very genuine in his work. Aside from studies, he loves trekking and meeting people from different cultures. He has been to many trekking areas like the Annapurna Region, Everest Region, Langtang Region, and various other trek routes with trekkers and is very familiar with other trekking regions too. His service has been considered excellent by most of our trekkers. Personally, he is very friendly and helpful, and he loves to share his deep knowledge about mountains with travelers to make their journey interesting and unforgettable.

Jasmine was born and raised in the capital city of Kathmandu, but her heart had always pined for the vast mountains she had seen while traveling to see her grandparents out in the country. Inspired by her father to follow in his footsteps, she pursued a degree in travel and tourism management. She started out as an intern at All Nepal Hiking and has since worked long hours to advance to this position. She has explored most of the rural parts of the country and wishes her clients to get an exquisite taste of Nepal.

She is passionate about encouraging everyone to get on the road and begin exploring the stunning Himalayan nation of Nepal because all she wants is for more people to have the opportunity to visit these wonderful places.

Mr. Ashok Ghale is a young and energetic trekking guide. He speaks fluent English and can speak Chinese as well. He explains very well about the landscapes. His leadership and commanding skill are impeccable. He has achieved a government guide license from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Government of Nepal. Ashok is very humble and down to earth. All the clients who have done the trek with him are very happy with him and have given really good feedback.

was born and grew up in Makwanpur nearest village from Kathmandu,   He is well-known and aware of the culture, religion,  and people of Kathmandu and out of Kathmandu valley.Bista has been working for many years in the tourism sector and has impeccable knowledge of Nepal 

 He is a senior trekking guide at All Nepal Hiking Pvt. Ltd. He was working very hard as a trekking guide .  He has completed Trekking and Tour Guide training from the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation Government of Nepal. He is a well-known for his experinces over in the high passes trip. And all the guests are very happy and provide very nice feedback from him.
