After several hours on the road we will arrive at Rongbuk Monastery which is located at the foot of Mount Everest and has earned the title of the world's highest monastery standing at 4,980 meters high. Then we’ll drive or hike to Mt. Everest Base Camp (about 5,200m). In Lhasa, we accompany the lively crowd moving around the Jokhang Temple, the largest temple in the Tibetan capital, but we also go to remote places where others do not go as Ralung monastery of the Kagyu School located in unique scenery in the heart of the plateau.
